What a heck of a lady is this? From 5 am to 12 mid night every single day… 25-09-2021 PARLIAMENT AMPANG’s Member of Parliament Zuraida Kamaruddin a powerhouses and the crux of humanity.

Kuala Lumpur|25 September 2021

No words to describe…one of the few hard working Ministers in Perikatan National Government today…

Starting from any chore at home to the various tasks of today’s world, a woman is highly-efficient and intuitive. A woman can do most tasks with great poise and grace.

There were times when women were thought of as weak. Both then and now, a woman has always been quietly strong, waiting for the world to acknowledge her relentless efforts to being treated fairly and with the same respect as any other man. To respect a woman isn’t too much to ask. Every woman deserves respect, comfort, and care.

A mother, a sister, a wife, or any girl – all of them deserve unconditional love and want to be treated with humanity. Every woman should be treated right, respected, and loved. She has, after all, been born into this world just like a man. She has an intelligent mind, great homemaking skills, and whatnot! You should treat your woman with sweet messages feed, give her flowers, give her chocolates, make her feel like she is the best woman in the world.

Never think about disrespecting a woman who wants to be treated as an equal. Respect a woman and see how she helps you be everything you’ve wanted to be. Treat a woman right, respect a woman well because that’s what real men will do.

WHAT A DISGRACE TO THE NATION’S PRIDE …ANWAR IBRAHIM vs YUSOFF RAWTHER

Disgraced PKR president Anwar Ibrahim and his new victim Yusoff Rawther

The Kuala Lumpur High Court has given Anwar Ibrahim until Sept 28 to file his defence against a suit by his former staff, accusing the Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman of sexual assault last year.

The court also gave Muhammed Yusoff Rawther until Oct 13 to file a reply to the defence.

The decision was made by deputy registrar Ida Mas Liza Maarof during case management for the suit today, with the next session fixed on Oct 29.

On July 15, Yusoff Rawther , 28, filed a suit containing shocking and explicit details of an incident at Anwar Ibrahim’s home in Bukit Segambut, which he said took place about 10 days before the politician won the Port Dickson by-election on Oct 13, 2018.

He said he had suffered serious trauma as well as physical, psychological and sociological disturbances as a result of the incident.

Yusoff Rawther is seeking a court declaration that the PKR leader had committed the sexual assault, as well as general, exemplary and aggravated damages which include the cost of the therapy sessions he is currently attending.

Yusoff Rawther said he worked at Anwar Ibrahim ’s bungalow office in Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya, where he was also given accommodation, and was tasked with conducting research on policy matters, preparing speeches, as well as handling correspondence with foreign dignitaries and business leaders.

He has separately filed civil suits against Anwar Ibrahim ’s two aides seeking compensation for injuries and defamatory remarks.

Yusoff Rawther claimed that Anwar Ibrahim ’s political secretary Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak had assaulted him some seven months after the alleged sexual assault incident.

Yusoff Rawther first made the allegations against Anwar Ibrahim in a statutory declaration in November 2019. A police report was subsequently lodged, followed by weeks of investigation by Bukit Aman under Section 354 of the Penal Code which deals with criminal force to outrage modesty.

During investigations, the police subjected Yusoff to a four-hour polygraph test at Bukit Aman. Anwar Ibrahim meanwhile refused to take the test.

On Jan 14, 2020, the Attorney-General’s Chambers, then under Tommy Thomas, said it would not press charges against Anwar Ibrahim due to “insufficient evidence” and “contradictions” of facts.

Three days later, Anwar Ibrahim said he would file a defamation suit against Yusoff Rawther over his Nov 19 statutory declaration but until today 16?September 2021 it’s not been full filled…

Abai File Picture 2017

My hair stood on end, a shiver raced down my spine, and a lump came to my throat when I realized what The honourable Zuraida Kamaruddin had done. I stood looking for a minute, unsure of what to do. Then I leaned over for a better look.

That was when I have noticed the magic flying woman jumped over a huge drain across a busy highway in Petaling Jaya … OMG is this real

Indeed it was real in year 2017 when the YB Zuraida Kamaruddin had jumped over a deep drain to help the motorist with Raya goodies… My goodness what a great leader she was and I believe she will lead in what ever endeavour she undertakes.Right now she leads in recent week to helms “A ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for plantation and commodities: palm oil, rubber, timber, furniture, cocoa, pepper, kenaf, tobacco.”

All the best for her and thanking her in anticipation for the consistent participation in activities that support and improve upon social wellbeing and to the Rakyat Malaysia

A leader was born Zuraida Kamaruddin in circle

Kuching |10th September 2021

By Abd Ghani | abaionline.news.blog

This is what made a great leader The Honourable Minister Zuraida Kamaruddin From Malaysia leading A ministry “that is responsible for plantation and commodities: palm oil, rubber, timber, furniture, cocoa, pepper, kenaf, tobacco.”

Are Leaders born or made? This is one of the most often-asked question about leadership.

Research by psychologists has proved that, in the main, Leaders are ‘mostly made.’ The best estimates offered by research is that leadership is about one-third born and two-thirds made.

Zuraida Kamaruddin has the ability to effectively lead, motivate and direct a group of people – whether it is in business, sport or politics -in which she has a very complex set of skills, mostly acquired through experiences, self development as well as access to subsequent political government involvements.

To expect a person to be born a fully rounded, complete Leader with the ability to influence and direct their Team just doesn’t make sense based on what we know about Group Dynamics.

The fact that leadership is mostly made is good news for those of us involved in leadership development – leaders can indeed be developed.

However – and this is the one third – there are some inborn characteristics that the great leaders like Zuraida Kamaruddin has naturally which she use to her advantage,

The natural born qualities of YB Zuraida Kamaruddin “Is that Zuraida Kamaruddin knows what the Rakyat and followers want, when they want it, and what prevents them from getting what they want.”

Delima Presiden PKR..Saman cabul bekas staf, Anwar Ibrahim perlu fail pembelaan sebelum 28 September 2021..

Unsatisfactory Commodity Performance of The ‘King of Spices’ pepper Cought the Eye Of Hard working Queen Zuraida Kamaruddin…

KUCHING|8 th September 2021

By Abd Ghani

Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities Datuk Zuraida Kamaruddin wants the pepper industry in the country to be made a more productive industry.

At a press conference after a working visit to the Malaysian Pepper Board (MPB) here today, Zuraida said, the pepper industry has the potential to add more to the country’s revenue. “The pepper industry should be raised to bigger scale of plantation and now it is seen still moving in a smaller industries”….the minister quoted saying

The National Commodity Policy 2011-2020 was developed to increase the national income by harnessing the potential of commodity export revenues. Despite continuous efforts implemented by various related agencies, the overall performance of major commodities, particularly pepper, remains unsatisfactory.

Regarded as a sought-after ‘king of spices’, pepper has become one of the most prized and important commodities traded globally. This paper highlights the development and performance of the pepper industry in Malaysia and discusses practical strategies and recommendations to transform the pepper industry.

Besides conducting interviews with the industry experts to gain first-hand information, content and thematic analysis was employed based on secondary data research in this study. The findings of the study show that even though pepper is mostly used in food-related industries, its potential in pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical sectors remains underexplored.

Globally, the overall supply and demand of pepper continue to increase, though the demand has recently exceeded supply. However, continuous new planting and farm expansion initiatives by major producers caused the total global pepper supply to exceed consumption in 2018. In fact, pepper prices have declined more than 70% since 2015, which affected the overall household income of the rural community engaged in pepper farming.

While experiencing low prices, smallholder pepper farmers and the industry continue to struggle with low domestic consumption, low production, higher cost of farm inputs, lack of extension services, low impact of research, development and innovation, ageing farming population, intense competition from other producing countries, low prices for quality pepper, limited subsidy to support continuous farming, pepper-related diseases, lack of new technology, and poor investment in downstream activities. Given this, the performance of the Malaysian pepper industry has fallen below expectations.Pepper Planted Area…

  • The lack of respect for caregiving. …
  • Navigating career and motherhood…

The lack of women in positions of power

One of the struggles that underlies all of our policy battles is the continued lack of women in positions of power. From corporate boardrooms, to the courts and political leadership around the world, the lack of women in senior positions continues to stymie progress on issues from pay to humanitarian aid to discrimination in all its forms. The sooner we understand that the lack of women in leadership roles holds back not only women, but all people, the sooner we will be able to advance society as a whole… and address them sooner

  1. Listen to women’s stories
  2. Talk to other men
  3. Seek out ways to recruit women
  4. Increase the number and visibility of female leaders
  5. Mentor and sponsor women
  6. Notice and correct micro-inequities or instances of unconscious bias
  7. Establish accountability metrics
  8. Model alternative work/life strategies
  9. Make discussions of gender less “risky”
  10. Reach out to formal and informal women’s groups
